Aid to Individual Program can assist in catastrophic situations, such as fire, flood, or emergency relocations, and travel for necessary out-of-state medical care. Considered on a case-by-case basis. Cannot provide assistance with rent, prescriptions, furniture, medical equipment or treatment, automobile repairs/gasoline, ongoing routine expenses, or utility bills.
